Terms of service
The service
DayRun is a personal errand planner. You say what you need done and by when. The app picks a place, explains why, and plans a driving loop. You do not type an address to create an errand.
Your account
You are responsible for the phone number or email you use to sign in, and for keeping your codes private. Do not share a login code. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing privacy@getdayrun.com.
Text messages
When you enter your mobile number, check the SMS consent box, and request a sign-in code at getdayrun.com/signup or in the DayRun app, you consent to receive transactional SMS from DayRun. We send one-time login codes only. No marketing texts. Frequency is typically one or two messages per sign-in attempt. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel DayRun texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email hello@getdayrun.com.
We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Use DayRun for your own errands. Do not abuse sign-in, scrape the catalog, or try to access someone else's account.
Privacy
How we handle data is on the privacy policy.
